Orders and Payments: An initial deposit may be required at checkout to confirm orders and prevent cancellations, as products are reserved from our warehouse (1–3 day delivery, max 7 days). Balance is due on delivery via M-Pesa or cash.
Delivery: Products are delivered within 1–3 business days (7 days max). Non-delivery by 7 days entitles you to a refund; contact support@txsauto.com or WhatsApp 0727351357, or escalate to the Competition Authority of Kenya (www.cak.go.ke).
Returns: Eligible within 14 days for non-functional, wrong, damaged, defective, missing parts, incorrect, or misrepresented items. Free return shipping for eligible returns; deposits refundable only for eligible cases.
User Conduct: You agree not to misuse our site (e.g., fraudulent orders). Accounts may be suspended for violations.
Liability: TXS Auto is not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., logistics issues).
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Disputes can be escalated to www.cak.go.ke.
